Youth Program Summer Event Host

Overview

Event Services is a growing department whose primary function is to assure the events hosted by Utah State University, "Exceed Expectations". The Youth Team Event Host Position will assist the Youth Program Coordinators to ensure overall success of events managed by this position on the campus of Utah State University.

Responsibilities

• Assist Coordinators in all aspects of a successful event including, but not limited to : set-up / strike, A / V, equipment needs, event space, food and beverage services, parking, activities, tours, etc.
• Serve as the day of liaison between client and Event Services to ensure a successful and safe event
• Work with campus partners to elevate the client and their guests event experience
• Record & report any event changes pre and post event
• Other duties as assigned

Advertised Salary

13.00 per Hour

Employees work indoors and are protected from weather and / or contaminants, but not, necessarily, occasional temperature changes.  The employee is regularly required to sit and often uses repetitive hand motions. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms and may lift and / or move up to 10 pounds.
