Unbound Digital, a leading local Information Technology company, is seeking a Full-Time VoIP Technician to join our dynamic team in the Tri-Cities area. This role is pivotal, serving as the primary point of contact for our VoIP services, managing client interactions from quote approval through installation and addressing any post-installation issues or changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the VoIP service lifecycle.
- Manage the installation phase, gathering user and porting information through effective client communication.
- Collaborate with clients to set up the backend of the phone system, ensuring it meets their specific requirements.
- Conduct on-site installations and provide client training following the successful porting of numbers.
- Must be able to do basic Network Troubleshooting
Qualifications:
- Outstanding customer service and client satisfaction skills.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Dependable with a quick learning ability.
- Prior experience in VoIP and network troubleshooting is a plus.
