Mental Health Counselor - LMFT, LMHC, LCSW

Unboxed Grace Counseling Company is a compassionate and client-focused, faith inspired mental health practice dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced licensed clinician (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a strong clinician with an entrepreneurial spirit. We also seek to add someone who has a willingness to respect and incorporate faith-based aspects into therapeutic practices when appropriate. Billable hours expected weekly are 15-20, noting that it will take a few months to build your caseload.

We offer in-person and telehealth services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities and techniques to support client growth.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the appropriate level of care.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and community resources as needed.
• Uphold ethical and professional standards in accordance with licensing and organizational guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current licensure as LMHC, LMFT, LCSW in the state of Indiana
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
