Specific Responsibilities:

Specific Responsibilities:
- Create custom branded interactive e-learning courses in Articulate Storyline 360
- Design accessible courses following Section 508 and WCAG guidelines
- Create modern, design-forward user interfaces and templates
- Translate instructional directions from storyboards into courses by producing animations, quizzes, and custom interactions
- Partner with project team to respond to client feedback and solve problems with strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with project team members in creative brainstorming and whiteboarding sessions
- Stay up to date on industry trends, Storyline enhancements, and technology and follow best practices
- Willingness to work collaboratively and learn continuously
- Enthusiasm for taking on new challenges and opportunities
- Ability to adapt to change and pivot quickly according to business needs
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Comfort with ambiguity, and ability to self-manage
- 3 years' eLearning development experience in a professional setting
- 3 years' advanced expertise with the Articulate 360 Authoring Suite, especially Storyline
- Experience in other eLearning authoring tools, such as Adobe Captivate, a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred, degree in instructional design strongly preferred
- Will need to work in our office in Richmond, VA minimum 2 days per week
