Duties

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Change linens, make beds, vacuum, dust, and clean all areas of assigned rooms and common areas.
• Replenish room supplies such as towels, toiletries, and amenities as necessary.
• Inspect rooms and report any maintenance issues or damage promptly.
• Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals in a safe manner, following all health and safety guidelines.
• Ensure all rooms are stocked with the correct items and that housekeeping carts are well-organized.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests for additional services or amenities.
• Report any lost or found items to the front desk in a timely manner.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude, ensuring the hotel’s standards and reputation are upheld.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Laundry operations, including collecting, washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and guest laundry in a timely manner.
• Keep the laundry area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary cleaning products and supplies.
• Adhere to all safety and security procedures to ensure guest and staff safety.
