We seek a full-time Remote Client Support Representative to play a vital role in connecting clients with attorneys and essential legal aid/community resources. In this position, developing a comprehensive network of legal resources and fostering meaningful partnerships with legal aid organizations and community-based services will be instrumental. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of ensuring equitable access to justice for all.
Responsibilities:
- Research and Develop Resources: Identify, verify (web research, online directories), relationship building with legal aid and non-legal organizations, and document helpful resources that align with our clients' needs.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with internal teams to improve processes, share insights, and support ongoing initiatives.
- Client Support: Provide timely, empathetic, and effective responses to clients seeking assistance.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, resource contacts, and outcomes to ensure consistency and follow-up.
- Platform Proficiency: Experience with tools like ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, or similar CRM systems is a plus. Experience with customer support platforms is a plus. Experience with customer support platforms—especially those used for managing customer interactions over email, chat, or social media—is a plus.
