- Compensation is commensurate upon education & experience - range is $15.50/hour or more (depending on education & experience). Benefits begin the first of the month following 60 days of employment from the new hire orientation date. This position is a non-exempt position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer incoming calls, providing accurate information and directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Schedule appointments, verify patient insurance information, and maintain an organized scheduling system.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining patient records.
- Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA regulations and other privacy standards.
- Manage patient flow by coordinating with other clinic staff and facilitating smooth transitions for patient care.
- Maintain an organized and clean front desk area while ensuring a welcoming environment for all patients and visitors.
Position Requirements:
Minimum Education:
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred, but not required.
Experience:
- 1 year of prior experience in a medical or clinic setting is preferred.
Required Registration/License/Certification:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association is preferred, but not required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficiency in medical terminology and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of privacy regulations, such as HIPAA.
- Strong computer proficiency and organizational abilities.
- Adaptability, attention to detail, and effective time management.
Physical Demands:
