Position Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is preferred, but not required.

1 year of prior experience in a medical or clinic setting is preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by the American Heart Association is preferred, but not required.

Proficiency in medical terminology and administrative skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Knowledge of privacy regulations, such as HIPAA.

Strong computer proficiency and organizational abilities.

Adaptability, attention to detail, and effective time management.

Sitting: The role primarily involves sitting for extended periods while performing administrative tasks at a computer workstation or front desk.
