THE POSITION
Join our dynamic healthcare team as an Operations Manager for Physician Practices, where you will focus on special projects and overall innovation within BRMG. This leader will lead and oversee the strategic implementation of key operational projects, the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs), and drive innovation initiatives across our medical group. This role will be integral in optimizing operational efficiency, improving patient care, and ensuring adherence to industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare operations, project management expertise, and a passion for fostering innovation in a fast-paced medical environment.
Education : Bachelor's Degree in Business / Healthcare; MBA / MHA preferred. Experience : 3–5 years experience in a medical office management position or comparable business experience.
