UNC Physicians Network is seeking a full time Board Certified / Eligible Pulmonary / Critical Care Physician (MD / DO) to provide virtual Tele-ICU services for multiple UNC hospitals. This 100% remote opportunity allows you to make a significant impact on patient care while enjoying the flexibility of a virtual practice. The ideal candidate is an intuitive healthcare professional whose diagnostic abilities are only matched by their concern for their patients.
About This Position :
- 100% Remote Position, working 7PM-7AM, 7on-7off with possible variability based on team consensus to maximize flexibility and work-life balance.
- Virtual ICU management for adult patients 18 and older.
- Candidate must be physically located in North Carolina or Pennsylvania.

- EPIC electronic medical record platform utilized.
- Seamless EPIC based workflow eliminates delays in care by allowing direct communication from nurses and other in-hospital staff, eliminating the need for an intermediary and allowing for more efficient communications and expedited care.
