Analyze patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.Responsibilities : The ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients are key customers. Patients, families and the other members of the healthcare team, as key customers, are provided with cost efficient care with excellent clinical outcomes, provided by a team member who understands and respects each member of the multidiscipline team and interacts with other team members and customers in a friendly, helpful and courteous manner.
