What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Data Specialist position at UNC Health Southeastern?
POSITION SUMMARY: Administers and maintains the Performance Management system for the organization. Administers, tracks and maintains license and certificate compliance for all non-provider employees of UNC Health Southeastern. Maintains job descriptions and tracks and reports on non-compliance performance appraisals. Responsible to adherence of human resources (HR) policies and procedures. Greets and assists guests of the main HR office in a friendly and timely manner.
EDUCATION, CREDENTIALS, TRAINING and EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Required: High school diploma. Minimum of 2 - 3 year’s experience in Human Resources or Credentialing.
PREFERRED: Associate’ or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
