POSITION SUMMARY: Evaluates, plans and implements specific treatment programs to meet identified patient needs in a variety of work settings. Performs in accordance with standards of Physical Therapy practice that are ethical and legal in North Carolina.
EDUCATION, CREDENTIALS, TRAINING and EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Required: Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, or Doctorate Degree from an American Physical Therapy Association accredited program for Physical Therapists. Current North Carolinian license or license eligible. BCLS certification; recertification required annually. May require valid NC Driver’s license and access to use of an automobile.
Preferred: Experienced Physical Therapist with Master’s Degree and/or specialty certification.
