EVS Tech/Housekeeping - 2nd Shift (Evenings)

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented EVS Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe environment within our facility, particularly in hospital settings. This position requires a strong commitment to sanitation and environmental services, ensuring that all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of various areas within the facility, including patient rooms, waiting areas, and restrooms.
- Execute floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and waxing to maintain high-quality floor conditions.
- Conduct commercial cleaning tasks as required, ensuring compliance with established protocols for environmental services.
- Follow OSHA regulations and safety guidelines to promote a safe working environment for all staff and patients.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Assist in the management of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and maintained properly.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations and high standards of cleanliness throughout the facility.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in custodial or environmental services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and best practices is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with sanitation procedures specific to hospital environments is a plus.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- MUST be able to pass any required background checks or screenings as mandated by facility policies.

Shift Hours: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
