The team is highly collaborative, with frontline staff input regularly recognized and implemented to enhance patient care. Management is supportive of maintaining a healthy work-life balance for staff members. The Emergency Department serves a diverse patient population, providing care to individuals of all ages, sexes, races, and religions, regardless of financial status, and operates 24/7 to handle any type of emergency.
