Eastern North Carolina Medical Group - Middlesex, located in Nash County, is a full-service family practice, treating both children and adults. Our care team provides compassionate and personalized care. We offer same-day appointments and online scheduling.
We are slated to open a brand-new Medical Office Building in 2026 and looking to expand our Primary Care services by hiring additional physicians into the practice.
Services :
- Preventive health care
- Sick care
- Well-child checks
- Adolescent health
- Management of acute and chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma
- Screening tests
- Nutrition counseling
- Immunizations and medication management
Hours :
Monday - Thursday : 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm
Friday : 8 : 00am - 1 : 00pm
