Nocturnal APP Hospitalists Needed in Beautiful Western, NC
UNC Caldwell is the primary choice for health care in Caldwell County. The Emergency Department sees approximately 30,000 visits a year. UNC Physicians Network provides the majority of primary care and select specialty care to our market from thirteen separate medical park locations throughout the county. Our 137-bed licensed acute care hospital is a member of the UNC Health System.
Position Details
- Work with a team of experienced and highly skilled physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners.
- Focus on teamwork, work-life balance, and flexibility.
- Standardized documentation and extensive resources to ensure maximal efficiency and support while minimizing unnecessary and time-consuming duties.
- 12-hour shifts, 7 on 7 off rotation, 7p-7a along with a Nocturnist MD.
- Opportunities for growth within the UNC Health System.
- EMR - Epic.
- In-house specialty backup available from Cardiology, Nephrology, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Vascular Surgery, ENT, Pulmonology, Podiatry, Urology.
- Open ICU with Tele intensivist ICU coverage at night. Procedures optional but not required (training available).
- Location : 321 Mulberry Street, SW, Lenoir, NC 28645.
