About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide preventative and sick care, physicals, immunizations, nutrition counseling, and screening tests for people 18 years and older.
- Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
Requirements
- A Master's degree from an accredited Advanced Practice Provider program (APRN or PA).
- Family Practice APP experience is preferred.
- Effective documentation in the medical record to substantiate accurate billing.
