UNC Rex Hospital is currently seeking a casual Board Certified OB Hospitalist. The OB Hospitalists group handles inpatient OB emergencies and works collaboratively with local obstetricians. Responsibilities include :
- Evaluation and emergency management of patients in the OB-ED and L&D.
- Attending deliveries.
- Assisting in the care of patients of community OBs.
- Assisting in surgical procedures.
- Inpatient gynecological consults and gynecologic emergencies.
No outpatient care requirements.
