Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and memorable guest experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue, increase attendance, and improve profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team, cultivating a positive, high-performance culture.
- Oversee budgets, financial performance, and cost controls to meet targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, health codes, and company policies.
- Partner with marketing to create promotions, events, and initiatives that attract visitors.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and community stakeholders.
- Use guest feedback to enhance experiences and oversee maintenance of facilities, rides, and attractions.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
- 5 years of senior management experience in entertainment, hospitality, or amusement parks.
- Proven success in achieving operational and financial goals.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, risk management, and compliance standards.
