What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lecturer position at uncc-sb?
Lecturers in the School of Nursing participate in teaching and service activities in support of the School’s mission. Essential responsibilities include teaching in face-to-face, online through the current Learning Management System (LMS, clinical, and simulated environments; evaluation of student performance, creating collaborative relationships with clinical agencies; working with diverse students and faculty; engaging in curriculum design and relevant course content for multiple methods of delivery that aligns with the AACN Essentials 2021, adheres to North Carolina Board of Nursing (NCBON) requirements, developing and administering reliable and valid tests and measures; and engaging in service to the School of Nursing, the College of Health and Human Services, and, as appropriate, the University. Primary teaching responsibilities for this position will be in undergraduate programs and may include late afternoon, evening, and/or weekends.
