Unchained Labs is looking for a highly motivated scientist with a background in LNP synthesis to join our fast-paced marketing team, and to support our Sales team in helping customers improve their experiments using our novel LNP synthesis and characterization products in their lab.
The Job
You will be working with the Unchained Labs’ LNP Solution products, including the Sunny Suite and Stunner, to generate technical data and marketing content, to share your knowledge and expertise with our internal sales team, our global customer base, and our potential future customers.
Responsibilities
- Create technical content, such as application notes or tech notes, to help educate potential customers on the benefits and capabilities of our products
- Deliver presentations containing technical content during pre-sales calls, webinars, virtual seminars and conferences
- Support our field-based team with Instrument demos and sample workups as required
- Create training content to support our Field Application Scientists
- Attend conferences to support the sales team with your scientific and technical knowledge
- Maintain a high-level of technical knowledge for the Unchained Labs’s LNP product lines
- Maintain positive customer relations, whether in person, via zoom, or by email
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in a related science field
- 3-5 year’s lab experience in the life sciences industry
- Understand Drug delivery system market, especially LNP and Exosome applications
- Travel up to 40% overnight when required
- English fluency required (written and verbal)
- Experience with MS Office applications and data analysis tools is desired
Compensation
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $70,000 - $120,000. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual base salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. This role is also eligible for our annual bonus or commission program, and comprehensive health and retirement benefit programs.
