The Role :

We're looking for a sharp, resourceful, and high-energy Assistant to the Head of Sales & Company Owner to help keep things running smoothly. You'll be juggling a mix of executive, sales, and operational support tasks—basically, making sure everything behind the scenes flows seamlessly. This is an incredible opportunity to work closely with an industry leader and learn the ropes in a fast-paced, high-end travel business. UNCHARTED® is a family-owned business with 30 years of experience creating exceptional safari-style travel experiences.

What You'll Do :

Executive & Sales Support :

  • Be the right-hand to the Head of Sales—helping to keep things moving and organized.
  • Communicate with clients, partners, and vendors, acting as a key liaison.
  • Keep track of key documents, reports, and communications.
  • Assist with trip planning, reservations, and client logistics.
  • Draft and refine emails, presentations, and proposals.

Operations & Special Projects :

  • Help manage projects, keeping track of progress and deadlines.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and key partners.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and travel.
  • Step in to support general operations when needed.
  • Personal & Miscellaneous Support :

  • Help keep personal and professional priorities balanced.
  • Run occasional errands and assist with scheduling and logistics.
  • Take care of those "small but critical" tasks that keep the day running smoothly.
  • What You Bring :

  • Super organized with a knack for keeping everything on track.
  • Quick on your feet, adaptable, and tech-savvy (comfortable jumping between different applications and systems).
  • Strong communicator—polished, professional, and personable.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize, and problem-solve on the fly.
  • Discretion and good judgment handling sensitive information.
  • Eager to learn, grow, and take on more responsibilities.
  • Bonus : Experience with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and travel logistics.
