You'll support the Human Resources team with administrative tasks, document management, and special projects, while gaining valuable experience in HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist with administrative tasks, document management, and special projects within the Human Resources team.
- Support employment document management by uploading and organizing employee files into Paycor.
- Help maintain HR files, policies, and procedures.
**Requirements:**
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to handle confidential information professionally.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
