Key Responsibilities
- Employment Document Management: Upload and organize employee documents into Paycor. Ensure all employees hired before Paycor implementation have their files properly digitized. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive employee records.
- Training & Development: Assist in developing Reunitus Academy training materials. Gather information and create engaging presentations for employee training programs.
- HR Administrative Support: Help organize and maintain HR files, policies, and procedures. Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire materials. Assist with compliance tracking and audits as needed.
- Employee Engagement & Culture Initiatives: Contribute to company events and employee recognition programs. Assist in communication efforts to promote company values and culture.
