Essential Functions
Receives orders, both cannabis and paraphernalia (counting, check labeling, compare PO to invoice, etc.)Delivers product to stores when needed and identifies products being delivered.Enters product into inventory systemConfirms and files digital copies of finalized paperworkProvide on-site quality control and voice concerns as neededEnsure evaluation and educational samples are properly receivedRecords edible expiration dates and THC / CBD on manifest paperworkPrepares product for shipment to final retail locationPrepare and print hook labels for all products prior to leaving Distribution CenterEnter all THC / CBD percentages into POSaBIT upon delivery to Distribution CenterIntake, assign barcodes, sticker and / or prepare register scanning documents for all paraphernalia prior to leaving Distribution CenterDaily monitoring and feedback of scheduled deliveriesPerform paraphernalia specific tasks prior to leaving distribution center as assigned by Distribution ManagerRemain up to date on WA State and LCB regulations.Maintain a clean and orderly station.Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following company standards.Maintain a professional and friendly appearance throughout shift.Sublots and quarantines defective and returned itemsCoordinates with vendors for returns and label replacementSchedule and carry out destruction of productSublots and quarantines defective and returned itemsMust comply with all WA State recreational cannabis regulationsEstablish good working relationship with other team membersFoster positive communications and relationships with employees and vendorsKeep up to date on industry trends and developmentsAdhere to company policies and proceduresActively participate in meetings as requestedOther duties as assignedQualifications :
Ability to work well individually and as a teamLegible handwritingUp-to-date drivers license and clean driving record.Must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelinesMust be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and be flexible (able to go with the flow - where you are needed the most)Friendly and professional demeanorStrong collaborator when working with a team, but also a self-starter when working aloneMust be at least 21 years of age, per LCB regulationsPhysical Requirements :
Repeatedly load and unload boxes that weigh up to 60lbs.Constant use of eyes (correctable vision to normal level required) to observe, read, interact with public and co-workers, view security monitors; includes hand / eye coordinationFrequent standing, walking, and sittingMust be able to use a computer / smart phone / tablet and see colorConstant use of both hands and arms while using phone, notepad, writing reports, etc.This job description should not be considered all-inclusive.
