Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will provide administrative support, greet and assist visitors, and perform clerical tasks in our office environment.
Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Greet and assist visitors entering the office
- Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with organizing and maintaining office common areas
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Experience with office equipment such as printers and fax machines
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles
- Familiarity with CRM software
