Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year’s current experience with leadership in the Fast-Casual Restaurant industry, required.
- High School Diploma or GED, required. Associate’s or a bachelor’s degree, preferred. Must have food safety manager certification upon hire.
- Scheduling flexibility to cover the dynamic needs of the business (mornings, nights, weekends / part-time)
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to withstand comfortably the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
