Job Summary

As a Line Cook , you will play a key role in our kitchen, working alongside a talented team of culinary professionals to craft dishes that delight the senses and exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food prep areas

Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and smooth kitchen operations

Monitor food inventory and communicate with the culinary team for replenishment

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure food quality and safety

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old

Previous experience as a cook in a high-volume kitchen is preferred

Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Must be willing to stand on your feet for long periods of time
