Freelance Catering Salesperson
at Uncle Paulie's (located in the Durango Casino) to help grow our catering business in Las Vegas!
Key Responsibilities :
Generate leads and identify new business opportunities for catering services.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and private customers.
Promote our catering offerings to potential clients through various channels (networking, cold calling, social media, etc.).
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Meet or exceed sales targets and report on progress regularly.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the catering, hospitality, or food service industries.
Strong networking and communication skills.
Self-motivated and driven to meet targets.
Ability to work independently with flexible hours.
Knowledge of the local market is a plus.
