We are seeking an experienced line / prep cook who is dedicated to preparing high quality food in a fast pace / high volume environment with a positive attitude looking to join a strong team.

Responsibilities :
Setting up & sanitizing work stations
Setting up & stocking kitchen stations
Complete basic food prepping tasks with the ability to follow prep lists
Prepare menu items up to company food standards with attention to detail
Maintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock when necessary
Comply with all food safety regulations
Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures
Ability to work on both the hot & cold line
Demonstrate a positive attitude & be able to work as a team
Attention to detail
Qualifications :
Previous line / prep cook experience
ServeSafe or Food Handlers Certification required
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Excellent time management skills & commitment to arriving on time daily
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
