DescriptionResponsibilities :
- Provide support for clients, in a courteous, patient and understandable manner (working with the customer where they are).
- Organize and manage projects, develop schedules, identify critical paths, and break down a project into individual tasks.
- Analyze and evaluate data and information. Draw valid conclusions and take appropriate actions / recommendations.
- Maintain awareness of the client environments and the ongoing efforts for each.
- Relay progress with other team members so that all are on the same page.
- Maintain appropriate records (software licenses, services, assets, etc.) as required.
- Update and maintain confidential systems.
- Process orders from request, to placement, fulfillment, and distribution; maintaining and delivering records of transactions.
- Provide research, data gathering and analysis for Strategic clients.
- Assist in other areas as the need arises and time permits.

Hours :
This position will include some evening, overnight and weekend hours. This is a 12-hour shift position.
Work location :
UC office is preferred. You are welcome to work from home if tasks permit or weather, illness make travel inadvisable. As projects dictate, you will need to visit client sites, in some instances on a weekly or more frequent basis. Your time in transit to and from those locations will be paid.
Equipment :
We will provide you with a computer, monitor (if desired), company phone (or reimbursed mobile phone service), reimbursed home Internet service and any additional software, tools and equipment necessary to do your work.
