Role: Landscaping Installation Division Manager
Location: Wilmington, North Carolina (coastal region)
Compensation: $80,000–$90,000 base salary performance-based incentives quarterly team profit sharing

A fast-growing, design-forward landscape company is seeking a Landscaping Installation Division Manager to lead and scale its installation and construction division to the next revenue milestone of $5M. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic operations of the installation and construction teams, including long-term planning
- Oversee large-scale design/build projects, focusing on process development and efficient execution
- Execute company-wide strategic initiatives that enhance growth, quality, and profitability
- Coach and empower managers and supervisors to drive department goals using lean, data-driven approaches
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on employee development and retention
- Monitor performance metrics to meet or exceed growth and margin targets
- Collaborate with the Sales and Design teams to ensure competitive pricing and vendor efficiency
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience leading and growing a residential landscape installation division with $5MM revenue
- 5 years of people leadership, including managing other managers
- Proven ability to build and scale systems using software such as Aspire or LMN
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military leadership experience required
- Deep knowledge of horticulture and complex landscape project management
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
