Responsibilities
- Project Walkthroughs: Conduct pre- and post-installation site walkthroughs to ensure quality execution.
- Job Specifications: Define and refine job specs to set crews and customers up for success.
- Customer Experience: Own customer communication, ensuring smooth project execution and follow-ups.
- Team Coordination: Serve as the operational hub between field crews, vendors, and internal teams.
- Digital Operations: Utilize tech tools (drones, CRM, spreadsheets) for data collection and reporting.
- Process Improvement: Drive efficiency and refine performance KPIs.
