200,000 base salary 20% performance-based bonus generous equity

Los Angeles, CA (with travel across the U.S. and Canada)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of 40 implementation managers.
- Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle : sales handoff, customer activation, and transition to customer success.
- Ensure all customer implementations are on time and meet satisfaction metrics.
- Become a deep product expert to architect solutions for complex implementation challenges.
- Continuously refine internal implementation processes for efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to set expectations and resolve conflicts.
- Provide detailed product demos, conduct discovery sessions, and relay product requirements to the product team.
- Track team performance against activation goals using reporting and analytics.
- Mentor and develop the implementation team.
