Wine Bar Server

Uncorked Kitchen is looking for an energetic, outgoing, service oriented individual to join our team.

The ideal candidate exhibits impeccable service and ability to create a rapport with customers. This person is hardworking, has a keen sense of urgency and an eye for cleanliness and details. We are looking for someone who thrives on creating memorable experiences for their customers and enjoys working in a unique educational environment that is not your typical restaurant.

Uncorked Kitchen was founded in 2015, we experienced tremendous growth, have thrived through COVID and are gearing up for continued success. While we have part time hours available now, we are looking for a candidate who wants to grow with us as we look to add on additional days and hours of service as early as this Spring/Summer.

Experience:

• 2-3 years' experience in the service industry.
• Wine knowledge a must
• Cocktail making background (unique and innovative)
• Must be able to handle fast-pace and high volume environment
• Nights, weekends, holidays and a stable work history a must
• Familiarity with reservation systems (TOCK) is a plus.

At Uncorked Kitchen Instead of focusing on only dining, as a restaurant traditionally does, or solely on instruction, as with a cooking school--Uncorked Kitchen combines the two into one entertaining food experience. Uncorked Kitchen is hiring for Servers and Bartenders who must be able to deliver an exceptional wine bar experience, while providing an entertaining, educational, and completely unique experience that allows our customers to participate, learn, and share together.
