Kitchen Staff

We are Coffee Studio that blends high-quality coffee and matcha with flavors inspired by Mexican and Japanese cuisine. Alongside our vibrant food and drink offerings, we’re a hub for art and culture in the Greenpoint community.

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a dedicated and creative Kitchen Staff member to help prepare and serve our signature menu items, including fresh sandwiches, onigiri, baked goods, and more. If you’re passionate about food, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy being part of a collaborative team, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble menu items with attention to quality and presentation
• Assist in baking and preparing fresh bread, pastries, and other baked goods
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and maintain health and safety standards
• Manage food prep, inventory, and restocking as needed
• Collaborate with the team to develop new menu items and improve processes
• Support daily kitchen operations, including opening and closing duties

Qualifications:

• Previous kitchen, prep cook, or baking experience preferred
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency in food preparation
• Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for food, creativity, and bringing unique flavors to life

Schedule & Availability:

• Full-time or part-time positions available
• Flexible schedule preferred, including weekends
• Early morning availability is required
• Health Certificate is a big plus
