Looking for a Construction Manager with extensive experience as an owner's representative and on the general contractor side to manage construction projects across Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Missouri at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe.

Position Overview
As a Construction Manager at Crunch Fitness, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion. Your dual expertise as an owner's representative and in general contracting will be essential in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will act as the primary liaison between property owners, developers, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring a seamless execution of construction projects. Additionally, you will mentor and lead a team of construction managers, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

- Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, scope, and goals.
- Lead the selection process for design professionals, contractors, and other project team members.
- Develop, manage, and oversee project budgets and schedules.
