We are looking for motivated, reliable Assistant Installers who are willing to travel across the country installing the Under Deck Oasis system. Candidates need to possess a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail. Experience in construction, siding, or gutter installation is very helpful.

What do Assistant Installers do?
· Travel across the country for 10-12 days at a time in a company truck, staying in company supplied hotels.
· Learn from experienced installers on the jobsite to create custom, detailed installations for our customers.
· Gain the skills to progress throughout training and become a crew leader.
What Skills/Qualifications Are Needed?
· Willing to travel country-wide routinely for 10-12 days at a time, often with significant overtime.
· Clean driving record and ability to drive, or ride, in a company pick-up truck and trailer for long distances.
· Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders and correctly use tools most of the day.
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly, without assistance.
Responsibilities
· Follow direction and training of the lead installer on the project.
· Assist with the installation of the Under Deck Oasis system by using hand tools, ladders, saws, siding brakes etc.
· Effectively communicate with office staff, homeowners, contractors, etc. as needed.
· Assist in the loading and unloading of flatbed trailers.
· Safely drive company truck and trailer to/from jobsites as needed.
