Join our team as a Server/Expeditor for the launch of Under-Study, an innovative marketplace concept located next to PRESS. Spearheaded by Chef Philip Tessier and Director of Operations Justin Williams, Under-Study promises to redefine the culinary landscape of the Napa Valley.

Responsibilities:
- Act as a key communicator between the culinary and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth, timely service
- Take food and beverage orders with precision and efficiency
- Deliver food and drinks accurately and with care
- Maintain cleanliness and organization
- Answer guest questions and make thoughtful menu recommendations
- Operate the POS system and handle payments with accuracy
- Jump in wherever needed—our team is collaborative, and no task is beneath us
- Help foster a warm, engaging, and memorable experience for every guest
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant, café, or counter-service setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Calm and collected under pressure
- Team player who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
- Dependable, punctual, and ready to contribute with a positive attitude
- Flexible availability (especially mornings and weekends)
- Valid Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
