Under The Moon is an exciting growing hospitality group operating a catering company as well as restaurants and express empanada stores. We are hiring a catering chef for our commissary location in Lawrenceville NJ. The catering chef will have opportunity for growth within the organization over the next several years.
The catering chef will report into the Under The Moon Executive Chef.
Expectations and Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years direct catering experience
Exceptional time management
Attention to detail with the quality of food production from 10-1000 people
Understand catering style food preparation and storage requirements
Understand proper packing of catered food
Understand temperature and food transportation requirements
Meet deadlines for weekly events
Adapt catering style menus based on food restrictions of guest requirements
Understand catering food presentation
Under The Moon maintains a standard of high quality food presentation and creativity.
