The Role
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you'll be the strategic owner for our most valuable enterprise accounts. You'll:
- Own post-sale relationships with CMO/CXO stakeholders at 10-15 enterprise accounts
- Drive platform adoption that directly impacts $2M ARR
- Identify and execute expansion opportunities within complex marketing orgs
- Champion customer needs across Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams
What You'll Own
- Customer Lifecycle: Guide clients from onboarding to renewal with measurable ROI
- Account Strategy: Develop 360° plans aligning platform capabilities to business outcomes
- Risk Management: Proactively address adoption barriers and churn risks
- Executive Engagement: Lead quarterly business reviews with C-suite stakeholders
- Cross-functional Leadership: Bridge customer needs with product roadmap
Who You Are
- Enterprise SaaS Expert: 6 years in CS/account management (email/marketing tech preferred)
- Commercial Mindset: Proven track record of hitting retention and expansion targets
- Consultative Approach: Translates tech capabilities into business value
- Marketing Tech Fluency: Understands ESPs, MAPs, and digital asset workflows
- Executive Presence: Comfortable advising C-level marketers
