The Co-founders are seeking a technical professional who is passionate about scaling educational access through data-driven experimentation and system optimization. This role focuses on building infrastructure to convert and engage learners in high-demand vocational programs.
What You’ll Work On
- Design/execute growth experiments across web and mobile platforms
- Optimize learner application flows to improve conversion rates
- Develop automated email/SMS campaigns for user activation and retention
- Implement affiliate marketing and referral program integrations
- Streamline data sync between ads platforms (Meta, Google) and internal system
Who You’ll Collaboration With
- Cross-functional growth teams to rapidly prototype and ship features (spec to deployment in <3 weeks)
- Engineering peers maintaining a modern stack (see below)
- Ops/Marketing teams to align technical solutions with learner acquisition goals
Requirements
- 5 years full-stack experience. 2 of the following is preferred: Go, Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, React, node.js
- Proven track record as a Growth Engineer at startups or scale-ups is preferred
- Strong CS fundamentals with API integration expertise
