Who you are:
- You have a minimum of one year of experience managing a high-performing mobile development team responsible for delivering high-impact features
- 7 years of experience building scalable, native mobile applications using modern iOS or Android technologies, frameworks, tooling, and architecture, for example, Xcode, Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, Combine, MVVM, Xcode Cloud, Amplitude, Proxyman.io, XCTest, XCUITest, Android Studio, Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, MVVM, and Espresso.
- Experience working with product managers in gathering requirements, investigating technical needs, and creating designs that fit within project timelines
- High level of accountability, bias for action, and a desire to empower individuals on the team to perform at their best
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Our target starting base salary range for this position is between $190,000 and $215,000, plus target equity. The starting base salary will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s skills and experience, among other things.
