What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensing Associate position at Underdog Sports?
About the role and why it’s unique:
- Complete all aspects of gaming license applications, including but not limited to completing detailed forms, gathering required documentation, and ensuring timely submission to meet all deadlines.
- Support team members with individual license applications by providing guidance, verifying completeness, and implementing timelines to meet Underdog’s regulatory deadlines.
- Review, track, and monitor applications to ensure timely approvals.
- Prepare and maintain essential source documents used for applications and regulatory filings.
- Assist with the vendor licensing process, manage renewals, and due diligence efforts to ensure compliance across jurisdictions.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and security.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and business goals.
Who you are:
- 2 years of similar licensing experience
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strict knowledge of and adherence to confidentiality requirements
Even better if you have:
- Experience with sports betting regulations
- Experience in high growth companies
Our target starting base salary range for this position is between $54,000 and $57,000, plus target equity. The starting base salary will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s skills and experience, among other things.
