- 3 years of experience in training and quality assurance, with proven success in leading learning and performance management teams.
- Expertise in designing and delivering training programs, with the ability to develop both in-person and online learning solutions.
- Experienced with building training and QA plans that support business goals and optimize team performance.
- Passion for mentoring and empowering others, with the ability to lead, inspire, and elevate teams in a dynamic operational environment.
Even better if you have:
- Experience in Fraud and Payments or industries like online sports betting or daily fantasy, with a deep understanding of operational challenges in these areas.
- A qualification in training design or delivery, with additional experience in developing online learning modules.
- Strong knowledge of QA systems and metrics, with a data-driven approach to assessing and improving team performance.
- A keen interest in staying current on learning/QA trends and innovations, with a proactive approach to integrating new methodologies and technologies.
Our target starting base salary range for this position is between $92,000 and $103,500, plus target equity. The starting base salary will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s skills and experience, among other things.
