Job Description

We are seeking a Database Developer to design, build, and optimize database applications

and components. This role requires expertise in Oracle, Snowflake, and cloud-based data

technologies, ensuring data security, performance, and scalability. The ideal candidate will

have experience in data modeling, scripting, and database optimization to support

enterprise applications and analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

● Develop and optimize database components, including Tables, Views, Stored

Procedures, and Functions.

● Implement Perl, Python, and Shell scripts to automate workflows and manage

database processes.

● Design and refine OLTP, data warehousing, and analytics solutions for scalable data

architecture.

● Provide Level 3 production support and troubleshoot operational issues.

● Collaborate with infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain environments across

development, testing, and production.

● Participate in agile development processes, ensuring continuous integration and

delivery (CI/CD).

● Align risk and control processes into daily operations to mitigate system vulnerabilities.

● 4 years of experience in Database Development or System Analysis.

● Bachelor’s degree in a technical/computer field or equivalent experience.

● Strong knowledge of data architecture, data governance, metadata management,

and integration.

● Proficiency in scripting languages such as Perl, Python, and Shell.

● Experience with Oracle, Snowflake, Power BI, Splunk, and Collibra (preferred).

● Familiarity with CI/CD tools for database deployment.

● Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
