What are the responsibilities and job description for the Distribution position at Underground Administration?
Distribution Representative - 90-100k Base plus commission must be located in Central PA -
Hybrid(mostly remote once a month in office but you HAVE to live somewhere in Central PA)
Key Focus : Develop and manage agency / brokerage partnerships to expand commercial lines
business across small to large markets in Central Pennsylvania.
Core Responsibilities :
- Identify and appoint new distribution partners
- Drive business growth through existing agency relationships
- Coordinate new business proposals and pre-renewal discussions
- Lead account planning and monitor performance
- Support agency onboarding and relationship management
Requirements :
- 5 years commercial insurance experience (Marketing, Sales, Underwriting, or Distribution)
- Proven track record in commercial lines sales
- Strong agency relationships in Central PA market
- Expert knowledge of standard commercial insurance products
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
Education :
- Bachelor's degree preferred (HS Diploma required)
- Commercial insurance certifications a plus
