Our client is hiring a Project Manager with mechanical systems expertise to lead large-scale
vertical construction projects. This individual will drive execution across all stages of the build
lifecycle with a focus on MEP coordination, cost control, scheduling, and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead day-to-day operations across commercial MEP construction projects ($20M )
● Coordinate with owners, contractors, and field teams to meet project goals
● Oversee mechanical systems planning and ensure technical execution across trades
● Manage schedules, budgets, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
● Use tools like BIM, Primavera, MS Project, and Excel to drive performance tracking
● Provide regular updates, forecasts, and documentation to stakeholders
● Maintain high levels of safety, quality, and productivity on-site
● Represent the company in contract negotiations and key meetings
Requirements:
● 10 years of commercial construction management experience, ideally focused on
vertical builds
● Strong MEP understanding and full-cycle project experience
● Proficiency in Primavera, BIM, MS Project, Excel, and Word
● Excellent communication, team leadership, and analytical skills
● Proven success managing complex mechanical construction scopes
● Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
