We work with American communities to design, finance, and construct open access fiber-optic networks. These networks are critical to secure internet access that’s fast, affordable, and fair. As open access networks, this infrastructure is also the essential foundation for distributed healthcare services, new wireless solutions, and resilient infrastructure including modernized water systems and responsible energy creation. Our first two projects are in Colorado Springs and Fountain, Colorado.

About this Position

As a Business Development Rep, you will be responsible for client acquisition, managing and maintaining business relationships, and leveraging your expertise to find solutions for small business connectivity and technology needs. This role will report to our office in Colorado Springs and will require door to door sales, making phone calls, emailing quotes etc. This role reports to the Commercial Sales Manager.

Spend your time helping us connect people to our network here in the Springs (Colorado Springs and Fountain), one business at a time.

What You'll Do

  • Improve the quality and speed of internet connectivity for business owners in Colorado Springs.
  • Proactively seek new business clients for Underline in Colorado Springs—in person, over the phone, and virtually.
  • Partner with Underline’s Internet Service Providers, Managed Service Providers, and other third parties to connect clients with experts who can help them with specialized technology solutions.
  • Deliver an exceptional experience with a client-centered approach.
  • Meet and exceed monthly commission goals.

Experience we’re looking for

  • Three years of experience in person-to-person B2B sales.
  • Experience selling telecom or internet products, including those in enterprise spaces.
  • Understanding of consultative relationship sales, with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening client relationships, and delivering results.
  • Experience working with a variety of customer demographics.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and evenings.

Bonus points

  • Bilingual (Spanish).
  • Familiarity with the El Paso community and surrounding areas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
