We are seeking a qualified Service Technician to join our team at Underriner Ford and Nissan of the Dalles. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and performing vehicle repairs and maintenance with efficiency and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a similar role and hold ASE certification. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Essential Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance as specified on repair orders
- Test drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
